While I do not offer free quotes, operating as a sole trader allows me to keep pricing competitive — often more cost-effective than larger companies — without compromising on quality.

At times, I may bring in a labourer to assist with heavier installations.

This is only done when required and helps keep overall business costs lower, with those savings passed directly on to you.

Initial fees do apply and are based on the type and size of your project or repair. These fees ensure a tailored,

professional approach from the outset.

Cabinet Queen offers a personalised, one-on-one experience where communication, attention to detail, and knowledge come

directly from a single point of contact.

Unlike larger companies that involve multiple staff and departments, I manage your project from start to finish,

reducing miscommunication and ensuring a clear, consistent process throughout.

3️⃣ Full Project Management

As the owner-operator of Cabinet Queen, I personally manage every stage of your project — from detailed onsite consultations and CAD

design through to custom detailing, manufacturing coordination, and final installation.

I liaise directly with all subcontractors and suppliers involved — including electricians, plumbers, painters, builders, flooring installers,

splashback specialists, and benchtop fabricators — ensuring every stage runs smoothly.

Cabinet Queen provides full project management and coordination, delivering a seamless, efficient, and stress-free experience.

Where required, Cabinet Queen can also supply appliances at trade rates and coordinate all internal accessories and finishes

to suit your space.

Cabinet Queen uses only high-quality materials and trusted, market-leading hardware — predominantly New Zealand made,

ensuring durability and long-term performance.

This ensures your cabinetry is built to last and perform consistently within your home over time.

As a sole trader, I value supporting other local businesses and trades.

Working with trusted local suppliers and contractors helps maintain quality, reliability, and strong working relationships across every project.

6️⃣ Craftsmanship Without Compromise

I take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship across every job.

The focus is always on providing genuine value — combining quality materials, careful planning, and attention to detail to achieve a result

that not only looks great but performs long-term.

7️⃣ Clear & Protected Warranty

To ensure full warranty coverage, it is strongly recommended that Cabinet Queen manages the full process,

including site measure, supply, and installation.

If cabinetry is supplied or installed based on client-provided plans or measurements, no warranty will be provided.

For plumbing, Cabinet Queen works with a trusted local plumber to ensure all plumbing is completed to the highest standard.

This is essential to maintain full warranties on cabinetry, sinks, taps, and benchtops.

Clients may choose to supply their own plumber; however, all relevant certifications must be provided,

and Cabinet Queen’s Terms and Conditions must be agreed to prior to works commencing.

This ensures all work meets required standards and can be backed with confidence.

Cabinet Queen is known for clear communication and delivering within the timeframes set. My standard lead time is 4–14 weeks, and I stand behind this.

My Google reviews reflect a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Lead times are carefully managed and do not exceed this timeframe unless delays are caused by slow client communication or the use of client-supplied trades.

This ensures every project stays on track, runs smoothly, and is completed to the standard expected.

Cabinet Queen takes on the jobs many larger cabinetry companies turn away — including repair work, retrofitting hardware into existing cabinetry, insurance jobs, and alterations.

Rather than pushing clients toward full replacements, the focus is on practical, long-term solutions wherever possible.

This means clients aren’t forced into spending thousands unnecessarily and can instead achieve the right result through tailored repairs or upgrades.
