I visited DIY stores, demolition traders and sought quotes from kitchen manufactures etc. Because of personal circumstances it became apparent that kitset and the like were not practical. I called Cabinet Queen as well as three others.

Yes I had to pay a consult fee, yes I had to pay 50% deposit.

BUT, IT WAS WORTH IT !!! ABSOLUTELY.

The quality of product, is better than that off the shelf. Construction is sturdy.

The install, very high quality as is the finishing. This journey has shown me, like many people,

- I had installed a new kitchen about 3 years ago that included timber features but later realised I had a space that needed shelf. As it was only a small job nobody was interested except Ali. I wanted the shelf to match as closely as possible to the existing timber features, not expecting it to be as awesome as it turned out! You can’t even tell it was added 3 years later. Can certainly recommend if you want someone who listens to what you want and has attention to detail that could be annoying to those of us who don’t, Ali is the one you want
